વર્ષ ૨૦૧૨ થી જેનું સુકાન ધીરુભાઈ ધાબલીયાએ સાંભળ્યું છે, અને જે આજે શિક્ષણ અને લોકસેવાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓને વિશાળ ફલક બની રહી છે,તે ગ્રામ સ્વરાજ મંડળ સંસ્થા; ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારનાં વિકાસ માટે રચનાત્મક કાર્યો, ખાદી તથા ગ્રામોદ્યોગ પ્રવૃત્તિ અને શિક્ષણનાં કાર્ય માટે ૧૯૬૫માં શ્રીમતી જયાબેન શાહ, શ્રી જયંતિભાઈ માલધારી, શ્રી દેવેન્દ્રભાઈ દેસાઈ, શ્રી રતિભાઈ ગોંધીયા, શ્રી ગોકળદાસભાઈ પરમારની આગેવાની હેઠળ -ગ્રામ સ્વરાજ મંડળ, પારડી- નામથી રચના કરવામાં આવેલ.
મુંબઈ પબ્લિક ટ્રસ્ટ – ૧૯૫૦ નીચે આ સંસ્થાની નોંધણી કરાવવામાં આવી જેનો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર એફ-૬૮, રાજકોટ છે.
પ્રારંભિક તબક્કે પારડીમાં પ્રવૃત્તિઓની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવી. તે સમયે વેરાવળની હદમાં હાઈ-વે ઉપર ખરાબો વધુ હોઈ ૧૯૬૫માં પ-૦૦ એકર જમીન સરકારશ્રી પાસેથી મેળવી ત્યાં પ્રવૃત્તિ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી.

Mr. Dhirubhai Bhabaliya is the present President of Gram Swaraj Mandal institution. He born on 4th July, 1934 at a small village of Rajkot district called Kotda-Sangani. Dhirubhai Dhabaliya earned graduation in Arts and alsodid study of law with LL.B. degree Rajkot, from Saurashtra University.
